I downloaded the QRF sheets to have a look, see if they would fit into what I'm looking for. Mostly they did, so I bought the main rules set from my local gaming store here in Calgary. I intend to game in 15mm as most of my figures are that scale and I have a lot of leftovers from building DBA armies. I gave them a rating of 4, as there is always room for improvements.
