This set contains 56 Austrian infantry figures.
2 x officers
2 x standard bearers 2 x Drummers 2 x mounted colonels 48 x infantry
The officers and Mounted colonels have multiple arm options adding a greay amount of variety to these figures.
The majority of the infantry figures (32) come in march attack pose. However there are (16) figures which can be used in march attack pose or firing, loading, advancing at porte or advancing at charge plus can be made into a sergeant figure.
Hello, review from from the far south down in Tasmania Australia. I have been buying Victrix for quite a few years and have never been disappointed. That was until I purchased the Austrian Napoleonic sets, the bodys and weapons are great but the heads are a disaster as the flash or molding lines down the middle of the face. After a few hours of work they were salvaged. I love the range and quality from Victrix they are in my top 3 go to supplier just wanted to point this out i can only give you 3 stars for these sets, sorry.
Kind Regards,
Troy
The models need more cleaning than the newest Victrix sets, but if you are not scared back from that, it's a great set alltogether.
I brought the set because I wanted a bunch of backpacks for fantasy adventurers, but I ended up using a lot more of it. Those faces work great for nobility, and for kitbashing with medieval sets to make fantasy characters.
Excellent miniatures
Austrian Napoleonic Infantry 1798-1809
Overall okay. The options are good and the addition of a mounted officer is very nice.
Building the minis is okay.
The backpack kinda fits but leaves gaps. The worst part is the mould lines. The helmeted head has a vertical line down the face. It’s not just a small line, it’s almost like mould slip.
They work for a unit or two. I will look elsewhere for line troops.
