Wrong army sent

Instead of the Normans, I received the Saxon army. Despite my emails on different addresses I did not receive a reply and I could not reach you by phone as a voicemail told me so. Could you please tell me if you can send me the army I ordered and what should I do with the Saxon army (which is still on blister)?

Well sculpted. One has to match up the pieces so they fit together properly. This is a minor problem.
