Late Saxon/Anglo Dane Shield Designs LSAX 2

Have received some Late Saxon/Anglo Dane shield designs and found them easy to use and very effective. They have a touch of scruffy or dirty about them and are a little dark, particularly against my cleaner painting style. My fault, and they do look good. I also have some Dark Age warriors to flesh out my warband plebs and I've ordered mores shield designs to finish these!

This was my first time using transfers, my only complaint is the oddball sizes. It's not too bad though, and they look awesome.

I understand the reason why the shield boss hole is no longer pre punched but I found the plastic layer very difficult to punch through.

Very good as usual but would have preferred the Boss holes to have been pre cut out as doing them with a bladeis fiddly and does not always result in neat removals. Other than that they are very good.

Lovely shield transfers, great detail and good designs. Easy to apply with good instructions provided.
