So you’re thinking of buying minis from Victrix…
I think, if you’re looking for a good way to get into a historical war game, these minis are the way in.

I’ve been out of hobbling for several years and these kicked me back to life and enabled me to start a new game (SAGA). From two sets I’ve made enough models to play 3 war bands.

To summarise the minis:
Good minis.
Good price.
Lots of options - periods to choose from.
Easy for simple conversions.

Downsides:
Not enough variation between sets (in terms of heads, bodies and arms).

Would I buy more - yes. Am I happy - yes.

Simple and easy choice.

Highly detailed and well printed product. A bit fiddly, but produce a great effect when attached and really finish off the figures.

These look great. Especially pair well with the shield transfers to give your models an entire new dimension.
